Hi, I'm Rachel.
I help ADHD women over 40, particularly women who’ve been recently diagnosed, to find careers that are fulfilling and fit their lives. As a career transition coach who was diagnosed with inattentive-type ADHD at age 44, I understand the profound impact such a diagnosis can have on one’s professional and personal life. Using co-active coaching methodology, I help my clients align their professional paths with their core values and innate strengths.
I’ve got a lifetime of experience in procrastination, plus a ton of professional expertise in organizing work and getting it done (as a project manager, agile lead, scrum master, consultant, and tons of other jobs I won’t name here). I created this workbook to help you finish that big, scary item that's lurking in the corner of your to-do list, so you can start thinking beyond your current situation and move on to something bigger and better.
